A full proposal edit by both Sara and Ronie. This includes the proposal elements and the first thirty pages of your manuscript.

A full, double (by both Sara & Ronie) edit on your proposal. Submit your book proposal and first thirty pages of the manuscript and we will edit and critique what you have supplied. Both structure and flow will be assessed. We also provide a free professional proposal template for your use. Non-refundable, non-negotiable.

Limited Proposal Assembly & Crit - $150

A full, double (by both Sara & Ronie) edit on your proposal. Submit your book proposal material, along with the first thirty pages of the manuscript. We will assemble the proposal, as well as edit and critique what you have supplied. Both structure and flow will be assessed. We also provide a free professional proposal template for your use. Non-refundable, non-negotiable.

Full Proposal Preparation - $250

Author provides necessary information on story including synopsis. Double Crit writes the proposal, including back-cover copy, tag line, author bio. A full critique will be provided on the first three chapters of the manuscript. Due to the significant amount of work and the nature of this preparation, two follow-ups included in cost. Synopsis writing not included. Non-refundable, non-negotiable.

Synopsis Analysis - $30

Double Crit will read and evaluate the structure and flow of the author’s provided synopsis as is appropriate for CBA publishers. Assessment includes: character goals, plausibility, spiritual threads, character arcs. Includes one follow-up. Non-refundable, non-negotiable.

Tag-Line Writing - $15

Using your provided information, we will suggest a tag-line that is fitting and “catchy.” Tag-line writing can make or break your proposal. Describing your hook in twenty words or less is essential for conference pitches and for your book proposal. Non-refundable, non-negotiable.

Back-cover copy - $30

Using your provided information, we will write a compelling back-cover copy for your story that will help catch an editor or agent’s attention. Non-refundable, non-negotiable

Full Manuscript -

We critique full or partial manuscripts at a rate of a penny per word.
